The British Heart Foundation has launched their annual Help a Heart Campaign. With nearly 600 people a day in the UK dying from Heart Disease and circulatory disorders the campaign is to raise awareness and to help fund their vital research and community projects.

The campaign is hard hitting featuring the deaths of an adult and a young child to show the impact this has on peoples lives.
