The British Heart Foundation 2 minute campaign is a 2 minute long video showing the symptoms of a heart attack.
In the event of a heart attack every second counts. Dial 999 and rest, the half-sitting position leaning against a wall is often best as it helps to relieve the pressure on the heart. If you are not allergic to aspirin then chewing on an aspirin can help, but don’t spend time searching for one as this may put undue stress on the heart.
The most important thing is to dial 999 as soon as possible if you suspect you may be suffering a heart attack.
