Sleep Simple: Five steps to reduce the risk of Cot death

FSID (Foundation for Study into Infant Deaths) has published a 5 step guide to reducing the risk of cot death.

The five steps are:

  • a cot, crib or moses basket
  • firm flat mattress
  • blankets or a baby sleep bag
  • room thermometer
  • dummy
