DVD Review: Runaway Jury

It’s been a while between it’s release and me actually getting to watch this film. Whilst the trailers did look good, they were not enough to make me want to sit down and watch this over other films.

Having now seen this I think it’s a great film, one of the best I’ve seen in a while.

The story is based around the courtroom, in a battle beween the widow of a man shot dead in a gun crime, and the company that supplied the gun.

The film is a bit confusing when it first starts off, but you soon find out what is happening and how both sides are trying to manipulate the jury.

The film progresses fairly slowly, but gets very tense as it nears the end of the film. Highly recommended.
