Dropping Litter – It could be a matter of life and death!

Think about the consequences before discarding litter. Today whilst feeding the ducks at our local pond one of the ducks had discarded litter around it’s neck. It was not an immediate risk to this duck and in this case I have notified the RSPCA so hopefully they should be able to remove this before it does any serious harm, but others may not be so lucky.

Take a look at the yellow bottle ring caught around the duck’s neck.
