World Book Day
Today is world book day.
If you have a child at a UK primary school then you should be receiving a £1 book voucher as part of the world book day programme.
Some other organisations including private nurseries can also take part. Our nursery has provided these vouchers and the kids even went into nursery dressed as their favourite book character (Tinkerbell).
Most of the major bookstores are taking part, along with some smaller independant ones.
The website also says: Tesco’s Supermarkets, Woolworth’s and Sainsbury’s supermarkets
but this only applies to the bigger stores and I’m not sure about Woolworths anymore 🙁
